A Level 3 Fire Ban has been declared for Rocky View County. This ban represents an extreme fire risk. Permit burning in the Rocky View County area is banned due to extreme dry/windy conditions. All outstanding burning permits are suspended until further notice. This fire ban shall be in effect until such time as the Fire Chief’s Office deems appropriate to change for purposes of the Forest and Prairie Protection Act and the Rocky View County Prevention and Control of Fires Bylaw. BGCA in partnership with A Place to Play is hosting the Third Annual Golf Tournament at the exclusive Bearspaw Country Club! Monday June 17, 2013 Shotgun Start: 1:30 p.m. Dinner: 7:00 p.m. Silent Auction: 8:15 p.m. Funds raised at this event will go towards building the Multi-Purpose Facility at the Bearspaw Lifestyle Centre. The tournament will include a full round of golf, cart rental and a gourmet dinner. This tournament will be packed full of fun, games, prizes and an auction, so don't miss out!
